Sometimes, we suddenly realise that we see ourselves, our lives, differently.

Perhaps our name, our gender identity, our relationship status has changed. Maybe we are finally through the menopause or beginning our retirement. Or perhaps we are embarking on a new livelihood, a new calling, or are moving somewhere different. At these times — where change calls on the courage to say goodbye to the old and smile at the new — it can be good to mark the transition, with those we love.
